Making an LEGO® Fan Expo with thousands of visitors is hard work, yet rewarding when you see many happy faces of kids and adults alike, admiring our displays. But when you’re also able to donate $17,000 to an awesome charity, then it’s TOTALLY worth the effort.
We are so proud of being able to donate $16,000 in cash and more than $1000 worth of LEGO® to support the Children’s Hospital Foundation for their wonderful work based at Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital in Brisbane. Each year almost 100,000 kids are admitted to the hospital, 40,000 of them coming in from regional Queensland. We are happy to assist making their (and accompanying family members’) time at the hospital a little bit better!
