Brisbricks took its LEGO displays to Logan Village

On 24 November, a month before Christmas Eve, BrisBricks hosted its second pop-up LEGO Fan Expo of the year, bringing a number of marvelous fan built LEGO creations to Logan Village in Brisbane’s south.

The local community really appreciated having a LEGO event in their neighbourhood, and that is also one of the main purposes of BrisBricks pop-up events, to go to places that may not have had any LEGO events nearby.

The pop-up shows feature displays that can be set up in the morning, but there were some really impressive larger displays our members hurried to get set up – a busy LEGO City, an impressive Star Wars junk yard and vibrant Ninjago City to mention a few.

Many of the displays had a Christmas twist to them as Brisbricks were running a competition for best Christmas themed display among the participating members. A huge congratulations to Maryann Sword, who won the price for her amazing Christmas display.
